AI-native venture studio

We build the products. We share the cap table.

Nyven turns the best ideas in your portfolio into shipped products — engineered by AI agents, governed by humans, and backed by our own equity. We don't bill hours. We join the cap table.

A venture studio built for venture capitalists and innovation hubs — and the founders they back.

The execution gap

Good ideas don't fail. Execution does.

Every innovation hub and VC portfolio is full of validated ideas that never become products. The founders are sharp but non-technical. Agencies bill hours and hand back a prototype. Hiring an engineering team takes six months and a budget early ventures rarely have. So the idea waits — and waiting is how good ideas quietly die.

01

Non-technical founders

A sharp idea and a real market — with no one on the team who can actually build it.

02

Agencies bill hours

They invoice for time and walk away at launch. No skin in the game, no stake in the outcome.

03

Hiring takes months

Six months to assemble a team — and a fixed cost that's hard to reverse if the bet shifts.

What Nyven does

Two ways to build with us

Whether you need a product delivered or a long-term technical partner, the engine is the same — agents for speed, humans for judgment.

Build

Product, delivered

For established companies and funded ventures with a budget: we design, engineer and ship an AI-based digital product. Defined scope, senior oversight, agent-accelerated delivery measured in weeks — not quarters.

For — companies & funded ventures

Build + Partner

Product delivered — and a partner on the cap table

For incubated startups with a strong idea and no technical capacity: we build the product in exchange for equity. We join the cap table, carry the engineering, and stay in your corner as the venture grows. We only win when you do.

For — pre-technical startups in hubs & accelerators

How we build

From idea to product, in weeks

A single repeatable path. Agents compress the work; humans hold the wheel at every step.

01

Frame

We pressure-test the idea with you and the founder. We leave with a sharp scope — not a slide deck.

02

Build

AI agents take on design, code and QA in parallel, compressing months of work into weeks.

03

Govern

Every output runs through human guardrails. Architecture, security and the quality bar stay with people.

04

Launch & stand beside

A real product in market, plus the go-to-market to win its first users. On the partner track, we stay on the cap table.

The operating model

AI does the volume. Humans own the judgment.

Nyven runs predominantly on AI agents — across design, code, testing and delivery. That's how a lean studio ships at the speed of a much larger one. But agents never run unsupervised: every agent operates inside guardrails defined, monitored and maintained by humans. Nyven doesn't sell AI — it sells discernment about AI, applied to product, under human governance.

Agents handle the volume

  • Scaffolding, code and integrations
  • Interface production and iteration
  • Test coverage and QA passes
  • Research, drafts and documentation

Humans own the judgment

  • Architecture and technical strategy
  • Security, guardrails and governance
  • Product taste and the quality bar
  • The decisions that can't be undone

Why a venture studio

Aligned in a way an agency or a hire can't be

An agency is paid whether the product works or not. A new hire is a fixed cost before you've validated a thing. A venture studio is built differently — it ships like an agency, thinks like a co-founder, and is paid like an investor: on the upside.

Who we partner with

Built for the people who back ideas

Venture capitalists

Turn portfolio companies stuck pre-product into shipped, fundable ventures — without growing your own platform team.

Innovation hubs & accelerators

Give your cohort the technical execution they're missing. We become the build partner behind your best ideas.

Founders with an idea

If you have the vision and the market but not the engineering, we build it with you — and share the risk.

Questions

What partners ask first

What exactly does Nyven do?

Nyven is an AI-native venture studio. We build AI-based digital products — either as a delivered build for companies with a budget, or in exchange for equity for incubated startups, where we join the cap table as a long-term partner.

How does the equity arrangement work?

On the partner track, we build the product in exchange for a minority equity stake. The exact share depends on the stage, the scope and the capital involved — and is agreed in writing before any work starts. Across the venture-studio category, stakes typically land between 20% and 40%.

Who owns the product and the IP?

The venture does. Nyven builds and co-owns the company as a shareholder; the company itself owns its product, its code and its intellectual property.

"AI-native" — is anyone actually in control?

Yes. AI agents do the volume of the work, which is how a lean team ships fast. But every agent runs inside guardrails defined and maintained by humans, and people own architecture, security and every decision that can't be undone.

How fast can you ship?

Most first builds go from a framed scope to a launched product in weeks rather than quarters. Exact timelines depend on scope, which we agree up front so there are no surprises.

How do you decide which ventures to take on?

We look at three things: the strength of the idea, the size and reachability of the market, and whether we can ship something defensible fast. On the partner track, we also look for founders we'd genuinely want as long-term shareholders alongside us.
